The Total Guided Meditation System

Guided meditation is an exercise that a person does not have to plan in order to participate in. Guided meditation can be used all day long with the right frame of mind and inner peace. The Total Meditation system, also known as 24 x 7 guided meditation, is a way for a person who believes in the benefits of guided meditation to achieve to benefits of the exercise throughout his or her day. With the use of the Total Meditation system, a person can experience a deep calm throughout a stressful day. Many people who live with the Total guided meditation system feel they are able to deal with daily problem easier and with a calmer understanding of the situation. The Total Meditation system is a way of life for many people who perform guided meditation sessions and they feel their quality of life is increased with the help of guided meditation.







It is beneficial for a person to still perform a concentrating meditative session for 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening. With the Total Meditation system, however, the frame of mind needed for guided meditation is brought to everyday life. In order to follow a Total guided meditation system, the person must witness and examine his or her interactions with society and the universe at all times of the day. The person should concentrate on controlling his or her reactions to daily tasks, situations and people that he or she may encounter in the world. The person should be able to maintain a blissful state of mind even in the toughest and most trying of situations and experiences. With this peaceful state of mind, the person is able to deal with any situation by evaluating it and creating a positive and worthwhile reaction to it. A person who practices the Total Meditation system is less likely to blow up in a fit of anger and more likely to assess the situation and solve the problem before forming an inappropriate reaction.

There are many different techniques of guided meditation that a person can draw on in order to deal with a situation or feeling that may occur during the day. A person can practice yantra to calm him or herself down. If in an aggravated or overwhelming situation, the person can repeat a calming word over and over and concentrate on that word in order to feel a moment of calming relaxation. There are also many guided meditation techniques that can help a person to control his or her breathing. When these meditative exercises are performed, the person may feel more calm and in control of his or her emotions. By taking a meditative moment, the person has removed him or herself from the stressful situation and is able to look at it from the outside before reacting to it.

When a person who practices the Total Meditation system feels overwhelmed by a situation in the work or home environment, he or she knows to first relax and breathe. The person may then use yoga poses or a meditative stance for a few moments. By staying in this stance or using these positions and breathing in a pattern, he or she will automatically calm the body. The stress and tension will then be released from the body on the spot and the person will be able to concentrate on removing the stress from his or her mind. When the stress has subsided, the person ahs a clear mind and a peaceful body to use as tools to solve the problem or situation.

The Total Meditation system can help people to feel more relaxed during the day. By allowing a person to use many different meditative techniques in order to calm his or herself, the system can help many people to deal with the stresses and problems that may come along with work, school or home life. The mind frame that many people can ahieve when meditating makes them feel calm, relaxed and comfortable. Their mind is able to assess a situation and find a resolution without jumping to conclusions. By using this state of mind throughout the day, people are able to deal with daily life and problems on a more conscious and calm level.
